The Gingerbread House is a sweet-themed educational spot or place for all ages. Located in Brgy. Palumlum Alfonso, Cavite near in the famous city of Tagaytay.
It started from the unfiltered yet heartfelt and profound wishes from 5 kids who dreamt of seeing a real-life Gingerbread house from the book Hansel and Gretel. An everyday christmas spirit that speaks of God's perfect love for everyone.
What I love in The Gingerbread house is their vision to encourage patrons like us to believe in the power of our dreams. Well, lets all live the dream bes. Their mission is to bring back the child in us in mischievous and waggish kind of fun.
FISH SPA: Guaranteed to be tickling and giggling time
THE MUSEUM : A storybook display of the Gingerbread House. Its a mini chritmas village all designs are made up of gingerbread-inspired design.
THE CANDY HALL: A Place where indoor programs are held. A very spacious covered hall that can accomodate up to 500 persons theatre seating style. Rain or Shine, A fun activity can be guaranteed in The Ginger Bread House.
THE RESTAURANT: The largest gingerbread inspired restaurant in the Philippines. They offer meals from breakfast up to dinner time. Kindly check the menu below :)
SWEET SPA: For your parents to enjoy The Gingerbead House, They create a space for them to have a relaxing massage, a back and foot massage using a candy-flavored oil.
PET FEEDING AREA: They will see some chickens, rabbit, birds, goat, ship and guinea pig inside The Gingerbread House.
HOW TO GET THERE?
COMMUTING GUIDE:
From LRT Buendia-Pasay, take a bus bound for Tagaytay-Nasugbu and tell the driver to drop you of at Barangay Upli. From there, You may ride a tricycle and tell the driver to drop you at Gingerbread house. A 2-3 hours travel time from Manila but its definitely worth it.
PRIVATE VEHICLE:
Follow thru Sky Rach Tagaytay route. Then, hit the road going towards Nasugbu Batangas (PLS. DONT TURN AT THE ALFONSO ARCH).Watch out for Splendido and Royale Tagaytay. There's an arch for Bgy. Upli, enter the arch and follow The Gingerbread House directional signs.
